What is SundLøn?

SundLøn is an app for employees in the healthcare sector to check work, salary and collective agreement conditions. At present, it applies to doctors employed under the Danish Junior Doctors' (YL) collective agreement with the Regional Salary and Tariff Board (RLTN).

Who owns SundLøn?

SundLøn is owned and operated by Aescul.app ApS (referred to as “us”, “we”, “our”), CVR no. 38582879, Steen Billes Gade 7, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark, and can be contacted at [email protected].

Payment and Subscription

SundLøn works with subscription models depending on your preferences. We offer a 14-day free trial to new users if the product is configured with a trial period and if the app store determines that you are eligible for it. When the trial period expires, the subscription period starts automatically unless you cancel the subscription.

You can cancel the subscription at any applicable time.

Payment is charged automatically at the start of each subscription period.

Subscriptions are paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your account with the relevant app store.

Why Do You Process the Data I Enter?

We process your salary information so the app can function by giving you an overview of your work and a review of your salary. This allows us to help you receive the correct salary and have the correct working conditions. We process your name, authorization ID and email address to ensure that your data can only be read by you, to provide a personal app experience, and to send you service information about the app by email (not marketing).

We also process technical information for operation, troubleshooting and crash reporting, subscription information for purchases and subscription status, and limited product analytics events to see whether central flows in the app work. This is described in more detail in the privacy policy.

What Personal Data Do We Handle?

We use minimal information to create your user profile:

• First name, last name, authorization ID, email and login information, for example passkey or password.
• We use your entered work and salary data, as well as the salary review data that is created:
• Work functions and work times, shift supplements, norm periods, salary rates and related work information, including vacation days, time-off periods and similar, excluding reasons for sickness and trade union affiliation (see conditions).

Entered work and salary data is stored and processed in our database through our own server. Data is also stored locally in the app so the app can function offline.

If you use a public computer (to log in to the web app version), we therefore recommend that you log out afterwards, as your data is stored locally in the browser.

We do not knowingly handle sensitive personal data. You must not enter sensitive information in the app unless the app expressly asks for it.

We only use necessary cookies and local storage for operation of the app. We do not use cookies for marketing or advertising.

What Conditions Apply When Using the SundLøn App?

• You must NOT store sensitive personal information in the app, i.e. no CPR numbers and no information about trade union affiliation or reasons for sick leave. You can read more about sensitive personal data on the Danish Data Protection Agency's website: https://www.datatilsynet.dk/generelt-om-databeskyttelse/hvad-er-personoplysninger/ In extreme cases, a breach of the above may lead to consent being withdrawn and your user account and its data being deleted at the same time.
• We reserve the right for calculation errors due to programming errors or incorrect use of the program and incorrect data entry. If an error in the app is suspected, the user is encouraged to report it to us.
• We are not responsible for loss of data due to programming errors or errors and breakdowns in our database. We have taken steps to minimize this risk.
• The user may only enter their own personal data and not that of others.
• Individual points in the collective agreement between YL and RLTN may be interpreted in several ways. We reserve the right for the salary review to deviate from the salary office's interpretations. The app generally allows the user to choose between these interpretation options so they can be aligned with the management at the doctor's department.
• We reserve the right for programming errors and miscalculations, as well as unintended events arising from these. The app has been tested many times to minimize the risk of errors.
• It is the user's responsibility to inform us of changes to personal information so that these can be kept up to date in the app. You can also update these yourself.

How Do I Withdraw My Consent?

You can delete your user profile in the app. Afterwards, all your entered data is deleted automatically. Anonymized copies of your data stored in Department Profiles are not deleted, as after deletion of your user profile they are no longer attributable to your profile and therefore to you. This concerns: work functions, work supplements, norm periods (these are shared automatically) and (if you have consented to this) your salary rates. Since they are anonymized and are no longer personally attributable to you, they are therefore no longer personal data.

Do You Share My Personal Data?

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for marketing. We do, however, use data processors and technical providers that process information on our behalf, for example for login, subscription, crash reporting, feedback, technical operation and limited product analytics. This is described in more detail in the privacy policy.

In certain cases, we may share aggregated and anonymized data that is not personal data. For example, we might share the total number of overtime hours for all doctors in a region with Yngre Læger.

Do You Send Me Emails?

We do not send emails containing marketing. However, we may occasionally send service emails, i.e. practical information about your user profile, for example if the app were to close.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

The app, design, calculation logic and content belong to Aescul.app ApS or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for private and professional purposes in accordance with these terms.

Termination and Deletion

You can delete your user profile in the app at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you violate the terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be available in the app. Continued use of the app after changes means that you accept the new terms.
